Here is a mentoring program policy and procedure manual and template that I shared with a friend years ago. What I love about it is that you can EDIT to fit YOUR specific needs!!!
Came across some FABULOUS resources today from http://www.hamfish.org/ (updated details below)
I have attached one of them that your current framework can be merged into. This package has most things already completed for you including the manual itself and ALL aspects of it except things you’d need to figure out on your own.
Last I checked this was 111 pages of GOODNESS last updated back in 2007 and still as current as EVER.
