What happens if I am unable to attend the live session?
It is mandatory for participants to attend and successfully complete one coaching observation during the designated six-month period. The schedule for the coaching observation sessions is flexible, with multiple opportunities provided. In the event that a participant is unable to attend the live training sessions, they are advised to utilize the replays as a means of preparing for the observation session.
Can you provide information about the live schedule?
Acknowledging the global nature of the coaching program, the organizers have developed a call schedule that enables participants from all regions to participate in the live sessions conveniently. Participants have a six-month period from the date of joining the program to complete it successfully.
What sets this coaching program apart from others?
The program uniquely combines the business, branding, consulting, and ministry expertise gained from real-world coaching experience with interactive sessions conducted in an exclusive Facebook group. Participants will gain hands-on experience and receive direct mentorship from seasoned professionals, ensuring an unparalleled depth of learning specifically geared toward Christian learners who are community leaders.
Would I be recognized as a ‘certified coach’ upon successful completion of this program? If so, what is the nature of this certification?
Upon successful completion of the program, you will be eligible to refer to yourself as a Certified (Christian) Coach. This certification will be granted through the completion of the Sh’Shares Life Coach Training & Certification Program.
Given the rolling start date of the program, I am concerned about my ability to keep pace with the coursework.
While the program does have a rolling start date, it offers a unique blend of structured modules and real-time support. This approach ensures that even if you encounter challenges in maintaining your pace, you will have access to a supportive community and mentorship to assist you in catching up and staying on track. It is important to note that you will continue to have access to the lessons and resources in the modules even after the live coaching camp has ended. A total of six months is allotted after enrollment to complete your certification.
Given my current focus on other aspects of my business, why should prioritizing the improvement of my coaching skills be a priority?
While all aspects of a coaching business are essential, refining your coaching skills can significantly enhance the impact of your efforts in other areas. Think of it as enhancing the core of your service. By strengthening your coaching skills, you not only create a fulfilling experience for your clients but also complement and elevate other aspects of your business ministry. Prioritizing your coaching skills now establishes a foundation that supports and enhances all your other endeavors.
How should I prepare for the coaching observation to ensure I pass?
During the course access period, students should attend as many practice workshops as they deem necessary to prepare thoroughly for the coaching observation session.
What steps must be taken in order to obtain certification?

As a complete novice in the field of coaching, I am concerned that this program may be too advanced for my current skill level.
Rest assured, the program is designed to accommodate both individuals who are new to coaching and those with self-taught experience. Our objective is to provide the necessary tools, knowledge, and self-assurance to succeed in the coaching profession, irrespective of your starting point.
What metrics are used to evaluate the effectiveness of this program in delivering tangible results?
The true measure of success lies in the transformation you will experience in your coaching confidence, techniques, and the feedback you receive from clients. Additionally, the live implementation camp offers direct, actionable feedback on your progress, providing you with valuable insights to enhance your skills.
Is the program primarily focused on theoretical concepts or does it emphasize practical application?
While we provide in-depth theoretical knowledge, our primary emphasis is on practical business ministry application. Through case studies, role-playing, and peer coaching in the implementation camp, you will have the opportunity to apply the principles you learn in real-world scenarios.
Does Coach D or the trainers offer direct access to students?
Yes, for those signed up for ongoing mentorship, Coach D and the Sh’Shares Trainers will conduct regular workshops to reinforce your learning, provide opportunities for practicing your coaching skills, and address any questions you may have.
