When I started as a coach in 2013, I joined two groups of coaches who would meet regularly to discuss coaching, clients, and other frames for learning our craft.

During one presentation, we heard from Coach Douglas Wilder, the leader of one of these groups. He graciously shared the below pricing sheet (his own).

As a coach who had been in the business for 20 years, he had experience with pricing and the calculations needed to get it “right”. Because his clients are lawyers, his pricing fit a particular population and the rates match that. When he put both of these elements together, along with other things, Coach Wilder came up with the below pricing for his 20th year.

In my first year, I simply cut these rates in half, and they’ve been my rates ever since. 😉
