Coach-the-Coach Sample Calls

In this module, participants will be evaluating sample coaching calls to improve their coaching techniques. By using a simple t-chart to assess each call, they will be able to identify strengths and areas for improvement in the coaching process. Through this analysis, participants will gain a deeper understanding of effective coaching strategies and how to apply them in their own coaching sessions. This module will help coaches enhance their skills and address any challenges they may face in their coaching practice by listening to the introductory sessions of other students.

In this module, we evaluate coaching calls for effectiveness in communication, support, and goal-setting .

Coach-the-Coach Calls

When evaluating coaching calls in the context of the Coach-the-Coach Sample Calls, analyze them based on the notes and lessons learned from any previous coaching experiences. Create a quick t-chart of +’s and -‘s for evaluation. Draw this chart in your course journal for each session that you evaluate.
