Module 2 Assignment

In this module, we willseek diverse feedback on coaching.

When seeking feedback on various aspects of yourself as a coach, it is important to reach out to a diverse group of individuals to gain a well-rounded perspective. Your peer partner can provide valuable insights on your qualifications for coaching, as they likely have a similar level of experience and understanding of the field. They can assess your knowledge, skills, and abilities in coaching to help you identify areas for improvement.

Colleagues can offer feedback on your assumed or real-life experience in coaching. They may have observed your work firsthand and can provide constructive criticism on how you handle different coaching situations. Your mate, child, or close family member can give you feedback on your personality traits and how they may impact your coaching style. This feedback can help you understand how others perceive you and how you can adjust your approach to better connect with your clients.

Clients or customers can provide valuable feedback on your level of personal stewardship and how it applies to coaching. They can offer insights on your professionalism, ethics, and overall commitment to helping them achieve their goals. Mentors and mentees can also provide feedback on how well you connect with yourself and others.
