In this module, we willpractice coaching readiness through role-playing.

Through role-playing and conducting mock coaching sessions with your peer team, you will learn the importance of assessing readiness for building client relationships. By simulating real-life scenarios, students are able to gauge their own comfort level as a coach as well as the comfort of their future clients. This exercise allow students to practice active listening, empathy, and effective communication skills, all of which are crucial in establishing a strong client-coach relationship.

Additionally, by involving external support teams in the mock coaching sessions, you gain valuable insights into how different team members might interact with their own clients. This process highlights the importance of alignment and active involvement in the coaching process to ensure a seamless and effective client experience. By evaluating the comfort level of your coaching colleagues, your will be able to identify areas for improvement and enhance overall coaching techniques so that your clients will have a great experience being in your care.
